Due to emergency maintence on the SDO ground station antennas, data may be unavailable between approximately 15:00UT and 18:00UT, 2024.04.26. These data will not be recoverable.

We are currently having issues sending email to gmail accounts; if you would like to register a gmail account for use with the export system, please contact us so we can manually register your gmail address.
The ftp server used for exportdata.html has failed, please use the URL method. Contact JSOC if this creates a problem for your access of HMI, AIA, or MDI data. We are considering not replacing the ftp server. (February 14, 2023).

When downloading exports, please do not use P2P file-sharing or any other method that provides many simultaneous connections; we allow downloads from one host over a single connection. Increase the size of the export payload to avoid making many small requests.

The headers of exported FITS files now conform to the FITS Standard (as of February 19, 2021). See FITS_metadata_Change.pdf for details.
Use the "M=1" (-M) argument to jsoc_info and show_info calls to obtain full floating-point precision keyword values.
